This policy describes how Premier Landscape Lighting, LLC dba Premier Outdoor Lighting, Paducah, KY, handles information you provide when you request a quote or use our services.

What we collect

When you request a mockup or quote, submit our form, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we may collect your name, phone number, property or service address, email address, home photographs, and project details you choose to provide. The mockup form asks for your name, an email address or cell number, and a photo. Call and Text links open your device’s phone or messaging app.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to quote and serve you. This includes preparing your requested AI-generated lighting mockup, discussing your project, preparing quotes and invoices, arranging appointments, and providing job updates. By requesting a mockup, you ask us to use the uploaded photo to create a lighting concept. Photos may be processed with AI tools for this purpose. We do not publish your submitted home photo as an example without your permission.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent

We never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers may process information as needed to help us deliver the services you request.

Photo requests and email delivery

Our mockup form uses FormSubmit to send your contact information, photo, and request to our team email inbox. FormSubmit processes these details for delivery and spam protection. Its documentation states that submission data is retained for 30 days and uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. A copy of your photo and request may remain in our business inbox and project records so we can fulfill your request. You can request deletion using the contact details below. Website hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this site.

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of your information, email [email protected] or call 270-558-1448. Tell us what information you would like deleted and how we can identify your quote or project. We may need to verify the request and retain information needed to meet legal obligations.
